IMPORTANCE MAINTENANCE NOTICE

On November 03, 2021 between 1:00 AM and 1:00 PM EST, we will be conducting required server maintenance and upgrades to our existing hosting platform including, but not limited to, the changing and replacement of server hardware.

OUR SERVER HOSTNAME IS CHANGING

If you are using chi-node70.websitehostserver.net for any bookmarks, email server settings, cPanel or FTP connections, you must change this to chir109.websitehostserver.net on November 3rd after maintenance is complete.

If you are using the recommended connection method of your domain name and SSL to connect with our servers, then you should not need to make any changes to your settings.

Once maintenance is complete, DNS will take a few hours to globally propagate Once you have updated any necessary settings, if you still cannot connect to your website, email, or cPanel please contact us at hosting_support@telserco.com.

In addition to this email, we will post this notice on our website, and provide an additional update when maintenance is complete.

IF YOU ARE THE ADMIN FOR YOUR DOMAIN, AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL NOTICES, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. If your domain admin email has changed, we need to update your account.  If we confirm your address is on file, please update and verify your spam and whitelist settings.  All web hosting support and email notices come from hosting_support@telserco.com
