Soon you will receive your first bill from TSC. On it you will see the same great services you’ve come to expect from North West Net. In your envelope you should have received an insert on “how to read your bill”. If you would like to review that insert, or need a new copy, you can download it here.
As soon as your bill is in hand, you can also sign up for eCare and paperless billing. TSC provide an easy to access, secure, online payment system. Each month you will receive an e-mail notice when you invoice is ready, and if you so desire, you can set yourself up so that the worry of monthly payments is all but forgotten.
To start this process, select the Bill Pay link in the top menu of telserco.com A new secure window will open. Select the option to Register an account, and with your invoice in hand, fill in the required account information. Registration will ask for two sets of information; your Invoice Number and your current month’s Amount Due, as well as a Username, Password, Email and a Security Question.
Once this is complete, you are ready to go.
