You can make payments, view account details, set up paperless billing and receive account notifications. It is easier and faster in most cases to manage your account digitally. If you need to call we are available by telephone 24/7, at 419-739-2200 or 419-300-2300.
How to access your account information on-line:
After visiting our web page at telserco.com, there is a choice in the top menu bar called “bill pay”. When you choose “bill pay”, you will be taken to a new site and see an opportunity to log into your account with the username and password, or register to set up an online account. If you do not have an online account established, please have your most recent bill available as it will be needed to set up your online account. You may also call our office and one of our customer service representatives can assist you.
If you find that you need to place your services on hold during this time, we can put your service on vacation status and we will waive the reconnect fee when you feel it is affordable for you to return.
